For the past three days, students in the Health Science Academy have been busy preparing for their upcoming trip to Pine Ridge. The Academy students will be putting on the second annual Youth Leadership Camp sponsored by the LaCrosse School District and the Oglala Sioux Tribe. On Friday morning, national motivational speaker, Patty Hendrickson, provided leadership training for the students. Academy students were excited to build their toolbox of teambuilding and leadership activities to incorporate in next week’s leadership camp. Thank you Patty!
