During the CPR training today, I had a pretty rewarding opportunity. I did a teach-back for a man named Terri. He showed up a little late to the training so he missed Janet’s teaching. I got to walk him through the steps of CPR and made him feel confident in his abilities. Along with that he helped me feel confident in my CPR abilities because I knew if I could teach it, I would be able to use my skills in a real situation. When we came back to camp, we came upon a youth rodeo that was going on right next to camp. It was really cool seeing all of the young kids preforming with their horses. They even invited us to join in an egg toss competition which was really nice!
